Yes The VoyageCoat is 100% TSA-allowed.

A lot of confusion comes from mixing up TSA rules and airline baggage rules. They are not the same thing.

TSA does not care what your bag or clothing looks like. Their only job is to screen what’s inside for safety. Just like any jacket, VoyageCoat should not be worn through security. You simply place it in the bin during screening, the same way you would with a coat, hoodie, or jacket.

VoyageCoat is designed to be worn before and after security, not during it. Its purpose isn’t to bypass TSA it’s to help travelers carry more clothing without checking a bag.

Once you’re past security, VoyageCoat counts as a personal item when worn, in addition to your normal personal item (and a carry-on if your airline allows one). After boarding, you can store it overhead or under the seat there’s no need to wear it during the flight.

In short: TSA screening and airline baggage policies are separate. VoyageCoat fully complies with TSA screening, and it’s built to help you stay within airline baggage limits not to replace security rules.

The VoyageCoat is designed as a roomy parka with extra space for comfort and built-in carrying capacity. When packed, the coat will feel slightly fuller. The fit is intentionally relaxed.

At launch, the VoyageCoat will be available only in black.

I created the VoyageCoat because I was tired of airline baggage fees and restrictive carry-on rules. Over six months were spent designing, testing, and refining the jacket from materials, stitching, layout and dimensions. So it could comfortably carry clothes without sacrificing wearability.

This product was built intentionally, tested thoroughly, and I am proud of what it’s become
